I was looking for a local business with a trustworthy jewelry appraiser. I found that in Jacqueline. I brought my ring in for an appraisal yesterday. She was honest and took the time to explain to me how she did her appraisal. She offered great tips on how to safely travel with jewelry. I also had another ring polished, it came out looking shiny and new! I am so impressed and 100% recommend this business!

Jacqueline is awesome- I have been seeing her for my jewelry repairs for several years now and she is always honest with my breakages and how terrible I treat my chains... I keep thinking that my stupidity with my chains can only be good for her because I won't go elsewhere to get my stuff fixed or to find new treasures!! Thanks for the great service and thanks for being honest - I would just keep getting it fixed for big bucks .. with her honesty, I know that throwing more money at it will not help in the long run...besides I do love getting new stuff...!
The Gem Gallerie has a huge selection of jewellery for all at various price levels! The store is clean, the lights are bright, making it easy to look at the detail on each piece of jewellery! Jacqueline is so knowledgeable and friendly and of course, her companion, Sapphire, her 10 year old husky brings so much positive energy to the store! Thank you for making my experience so much fun!
